I accidentally deleted my localhost on MAMP’s PHPmyAdmin, how do I get it back?

Everything I search for seems to be about a password…I f***ed up and deleted the whole thing. I get Error: Could not connect to MySQL server! everytime and MAMP doesn’t seem to even try starting up the servers.

I doubt that it’s still possible to recover your database but try to see whether mysqld-safe will work.
