    our company’s FEA …
our company’s FEA guy doesn’t know anything about FEA. He just knows how to around with the FEA software. He shows us the red areas and tells us to reinforce the piece. We then randomly, blindly, add some ribs and gussets and give him the model and the red areas turn yellow or green and we build.
The machine still cracks and breaks if we test the out of it and the failures have nothing whatsoever to do with the software.
