Download 2 things:
1- IIS Lockdown
2- Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer
These are good starting points.
Then, make sure you uninstall Frontpage Extensions and that you remove all web printing folders found at the root of IIS (C:\inetpub\wwwroot).
