War is ugly. People die and sometimes innocent people are hurt in the process. No one know what happened and for the media to put their own spin on what happened is wrong. Public opinion has no place in a war. We have to trust the military to do their job. In doing so mistakes will be made they have been in every war by all sides. War isn’t pretty. Personally I’d like to see us pull out asap because these are wars that can’t be won because they are political.

@squirttilithurts Yes he is precariously around the corner, but it does not look like an RPG. RPG’s aren’t something you can easily mistake; they are over 3 feet long with a 6 to 8 inch diameter. Whatever he was holding was much shorter and broader, like a TV camera. Most likely he was just taking some stock footage of the road while using the building corner to steady his shot. Also, these apache’s are VERY far away (look how long the bullets take until impact!) RPG range is only 1,000 ft.

Are you serious you think Iraqi would be better off with Sadam the monster who gassed thousands of Kurds. Below are the two scenarios if this region was left to its own devises.
1)Sadam and family stay in power indefinitely killing there population at will. Millions die.
2)The more likely scenario. Shiites rise up against Sadam and are brutally suppressed Iran then invades and takes over huge oil resources. Millions die.

One thing a lot of civilians don’t understand is if someone is video taping, U.S. forces in iraq you are clear to engage them. Nearly all terrorist attacks are video taped by insurgents.
However.. in the video they mistook camera with strap as an AK.
